Pulse Bloom's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the lesser of (a) the amount paid by you to Pulse Bloom for the Service or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
13. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating arbitration, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through informal negotiations for at least 30 days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiations, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration. Arbitration will take place in the state or territory where Pulse Bloom is located.
If a dispute proceeds in court rather than arbitration, it shall be litigated in the same state or territory.
14. Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on the Service infringes your copyright, you may notify us by contacting us at the email address listed below. We may remove or restrict access to content that is alleged to be infringing.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users via email.
Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
